I am proud to offer a holistic, hands on style of coaching for tackling the conversations most of us dread- and yes, I’m talking about progressive discipline.

My rate is simple- $35/hour - no matter how many people I’m coaching in the session.

I am happy to make your dreams come true for having resources for your employees.
This includes creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and manuals, creation of branded employee training systems; including PowerPoints, tests, hand out’s, signage, and content creation; and newsletters, contests, blog posts, and updates for both internal and external facing parties.
My rates are simple
$10 per page of an SOP, policies, or manuals (1.5 spacing with headers, excluding cover page and table of contents)
$25 per content creation item/project
$50 for each employee training module, comprised of 1 x power point no more than 12 slides and 1 x 8-10 question quiz per module.

Payroll needs to be right and on time, every time. I’m happy to use your existing system, or set you up for payroll through Sage or QuickBooks.
With a straight forward and easy-to-understand flat fee per employee ($5 per employee) for each regular payroll run and free answers to employee inquiries, I’m confident the value I provide exceeds any other service out there.
Year end support, including T4 creation and reconciliation is also available for my clients, with a fixed fee of $250 that doesn’t change based on adjustments required or the number of employees.

It can be hard to find time to chase clients for payment, drum up new business, and make sure everything matches.
I make it as easy as possible for my clients- you can even text me receipts if that’s what works for you.
I’m able to support you with day to day transactions, including invoicing, managing AR and AP, creating journal entries, categorizing expenses, reconciling bank accounts and preparing reports.
My fee for this service is based on scope of work and time required, but you can expect to spend from $150-$750 per month.

I have over a decade of hands-on experience managing payroll, Human Resources, and operations for 500+ employees, so I know exactly how time consuming administration can be.
Over the years, I’ve streamlined payroll systems, designed employee training programs, improved compliance practices, coached managers and executives on employee relations, and supported workplaces from call centres to manufacturing plants.
I’ve studied English at Queens University and Tyndale University respectively, giving me invaluable academic experience for writing in professional landscapes.
My goal is simple: to give Kingston business owners peace of mind by handling the details, so they can spend more time doing what they love.
